COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course has been designed to provide specialist training in subjects appropriate to the duties of officers and any person with immediate responsibility for loading, discharging, care in transit or handling or bulk oil cargoes

The candidates will gain a detailed appreciation of the safety aspects involved in the handling and carriage of oil cargoes.
